Garden Group
The Garden Group was formed in late 2008 with the aim of discussing issues relevant to our gardens, and to visiting well-known gardens in the area. Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month until 12th May, when additional meetings on the fourth Thursday will be added.
Talks will be held in the Community Care Centre in Stokesley Town Close (above the Library) starting at 10.30 unless otherwise stated.

| December 9th | Visit to Durham University Botanical Gardens, and lunch |
| January 13th, 2009 | Talk - "A Gardener's Eye" |

| March 10th | Vegetable Gardening |
| April 14th | Water Gardening |
| May 12th | Visit to Constable Burton Gardens |
| May 26th | Visit to Harlow Carr Gardens |
| June 9th | Visit to Sleightholmdale Gardens, Kirkbymoorside |
| June 28th (Saturday) | Stokesley Open Gardens |
| July 14th | Visit to Witherstone Gardens, Pockley |
| July 28th | Visit to Scampston Gardens |
| August TBA | Visit local garden in Chop Gate |
| August TBA | Visit local garden in Great Ayton |
